KK Nayak a competent manager that helps the organization to achieve goals

KK Nayak being the manager or leader in any organization believes in getting the things done, whatever be the role of manager is assigned it is the primary about making the things happen and complete the task as prescribe for the growth of organization. To become the best and efficient manager the ability to direct attention and effort actually matters, also the ability to build your explicit and implicit knowledge, to inform how and why you manage and to conquer the shortcomings the manager must response quickly to ensure the things must be done quickly and problems gets resolved easily that’s what Kk Nayak learned while working in Cairn India.

Being the manager and handling the highly sensitive projects KK Nayak also explained his own experience that he uses to deal the problems being occurred as a manager. Firstly constant review required for the work done for a particular task, secondly plan what need to be done, and putting the plan into action. The effective manager always inspire the team and set direction to lead by example.
