Mr. Khitish Kumar Nayak General Manager – Production & Operations ( Rajasthan operations ) of Cairn India Ltd wef 1st July 15 ( & continuing )  reporting to Director, SBU II – Rajasthan operations. Main assignment is production enhancement (optimization ) & OPEX reduction . Contributed significantly to improving team efficiency, quicker execution of projects which led to a reduction of OPEX in SBU II. Also executed many cost saving, efficient contracts like crude trucking contracts, NI to Bhagyam pipelines, RSEB power, GEG installation etc ahead of time. My deep personal involvement with all junior & senior team members helps in faster execution & bringing more efficiency in everything. Labor & Statutory compliance has improved significantly because of my personal intervention in SBU II.
