Mr. Khitish Kumar Nayak was responsible for operations of four Rigs under contract with ONGC / OIL India. And was responsible for overall Operations, Business development, marketing, contract review, implementation of ISO 9001 system, coordination with civil authorities, DGMS, OISD, CII and senior executives / Board of Directors of ONGC/ OIL India, MOPNG in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day to day operation & maintenance as per PMS and further expansion of the business.
• Responsible for recruitment & training for entire drilling crew as per oil field standards.
• Responsible for implementing & improving HSE standards of the company as per client’s requirements.
• Responsible for LTI free operation and for well planning & ensuring that wells are completed before target dates.
