Main assignment is production enhancement (optimization ) & OPEX reduction . Contributed significantly in improving team efficiency, quicker execution of projects which led to reduction of OPEX in SBU II . Also executed many cost saving , efficient contracts like crude trucking contracts , NI to Bhagyam pipe lines , RSEB power , GEG installation etc ahead of time . My deep personal involvement with all junior & senior team members helps in faster execution & bringing more efficiency in everything. Labor & Statutory compliance has improved significantly because of my personal intervention in SBU II . Always encourage out of box thinking from team & outside stake holders and try to implement if it brings value to company . Helped Interim CEO / CFO for follow up RDG FDP , other FDPs of RJ , CB , Rava etc . Helped in proposal of PSC Extn approved in PAC and ONGC board twice in favorable terms in Dec 2014 / Jan / Feb 2015 .Gave perfect , timely inputs , advice to management to take further management decisions . Tried to sort out many old issues with minimum differences with ONGC , other JV partners DGH & Govt . Was also involved partly in South Africa offshore block , outstanding cash calls from ROS , Videocon in 2014/ 15 , settling dispute with ONGC for OTS charges of our Yannam facility , getting 99% of outstanding cash calls from ONGC for Nagalanka Exploration phase by Cairn . Have excellent relationship with Chief Labor commissioner , Govt of India & his other regional labor commissioners , DGMS , Dhanbad etc .
